Mic&Co. is an advisory and consulting firm founded by Tommy Arianto in Q4 2019. However, the firm was not operated until Tommy reactivated it in early 2024.   

Tommy is a Corporate Finance / Restructuring professional. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) and a Registered Accountant in Indonesia. He has over 21 (twenty-one) years of experience combining 15 (fifteen) years in corporate finance / restructuring & turnarounds with global/international advisory firms and 6 (six) years in finance, accounting, audit and tax fields.

Tommy assists corporates, banks, and private equity funds on restructuring, corporate recovery & turnaround, monitoring accountant, due diligence, accounting, tax and audit. He has worked in various roles; representing debtor, creditor or court-appointed independent expert in court supervised restructurings (PKPU). He also has appointed as CRO, as independent business reviewer, as independent auditor and financial controller.

Tommy has worked with clients across various industries, such as technology, manufacturing, mining and energy, agriculture product and integrated poultry - managing complex and challenging projects including stakeholders' management.

Mic&Co. is a chartered and accountant and advisory firm, led by an experienced certified accountant and finance professional specialising in Corporate Recovery, Corporate Finance, Transaction and Corporate Service.
