About Tommy

Tommy is an experienced finance professional and certified accountant who has spent most of his career assisting corporations, banks, and private equity funds in areas such as corporate finance / restructuring, corporate recovery and turnarounds and audit.    

Tommy possesses more than twenty-one years of experience, which includes fifteen years in the field of corporate finance / restructuring with international advisory firms, complemented by six years in finance, accounting, taxation and audit roles. Tommy is a Chartered Accountant (CA), an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) and holds Practicing Accountant license from Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia.

Tommy has experienced in various engagements such as formal restructuring, financial due diligence, independent business review, business plan preparation/review, financial projection preparation/review, financial analysis, monitoring accountant, tax, forensic accounting & investigation and auditing services. He has served in diverse capacities, including representing debtors, creditors, or as a court-appointed independent expert in court-supervised restructurings (PKPU). Additionally, he has been appointed as an interim director, an independent financial adviser, an independent auditor, and a financial controller.

Tommy has advised clients from various sectors, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, energy & mining, agricultural products, and integrated poultry, renewable energy and wellness; overseeing complex and demanding projects including stakeholder management.
